Fit indicators
Fit indicators are deterministic review signals, not automated provider rankings.
What fit indicators are
Fit indicators are deterministic signals used to support human review of briefs and provider profiles. They help organise questions around possible relevance; they are not decisions.
Examples of signals
- Skills or capability named in the profile compared with the brief.
- Outcome fit and whether the provider has described similar work.
- Proof strength and proof gaps.
- Sector or context similarity where it matters.
- Availability, engagement shape and commercial fit.
How to use them
Treat a positive signal as a prompt to inspect the profile, not as a final answer. Treat a weak or missing signal as a question to ask, not an automatic rejection.
What not to claim
Do not describe fit indicators as AI matching, automated ranking, automated hiring, skill verification or a guarantee of suitability.
