For Organisations
Submit a capability brief
Create a buyer brief from the employer dashboard before publishing it.
What a capability brief is
A capability brief is the buyer-side description of work that needs doing. It is different from a job advert: it should name the outcome, context, scope, constraints and capability needed for a useful first phase.
Before you start
- Sign in as an organisation and make sure your company profile is in reasonable shape.
- Be ready to describe the problem, desired outcome, access constraints, timeline, budget signal and what is not in scope.
- Drafting is free. You do not need paid access just to create a draft brief.
Current workflow
Go to new brief
Open /dashboard/employer/jobs/new from the employer dashboard.
Complete required fields
Add title, outcome/context, scope, requirements and supporting details.
Use assisted drafting carefully
Guided drafting can structure rough notes, but you still own the brief.
Save draft
Drafts can be edited before publishing.
What happens next
The brief remains a draft until you publish it. Publishing is the step that checks readiness and buyer access. A Deployment Slot is required before the listing can go live.
