Warm introductions
Use warm introductions when context is important and the recipient should not arrive cold.
What warm introductions are
Warm introductions are partner-led introductions where permission and context matter. They are better than a bare referral link when the recipient should not arrive cold.
What to include
- Who the person or organisation is and how you know them.
- Whether they are a buyer, provider, recruiter or agency contact.
- Why the introduction may be relevant now.
- Any known work context, capability context or buying signal.
- Confirmation that the person or organisation is happy to be introduced.
Current workflow
Partner Workspace prepares a mailto to help@deployed.works with the partner code and referral URL. You can use that route, or forward/CC the relevant Deployed Works partner contact when available.
Limits
- Do not submit scraped lists, cold lists or non-consensual introductions.
- During launch, attribution is manually reviewed.
- A warm introduction does not guarantee acceptance, revenue or partner reward.
