Create an account
Create an account, verify email where required, then complete the first profile step.
Before you start
- Decide whether the account is for finding capability or offering capability. The product currently treats this as one role per account.
- Use an email address you can access. The app may send you to an email-verification-required page before private dashboard actions work.
- Have the first profile details ready: organisation details for buyers, or capability profile material for providers.
Current workflow
Open /signup
Choose Find capability or Offer capability.
Create login
Submit the signup form with email and password details.
Verify if prompted
Follow the verification-required route if the account is pending email verification.
Complete first profile
Organisations complete company details. Providers complete capability profile fields.
What happens next
Organisation accounts land in the employer dashboard, where they can manage profile, briefs, billing, contact requests and messages. Provider accounts land in the worker dashboard, where they can manage profile, applications, contact requests, Academy and trust settings.
If signup is blocked
Contact support with the account email, selected role, page URL, error text and a screenshot if possible. This helps support distinguish email verification, form validation, billing and dashboard-access problems.
