Platform Status
Template for future incidents, maintenance, uptime reporting and status communications.

1. Current status
Template status: not connected to live monitoring.
Future live status should show:
- Platform web app;
- API;
- authentication;
- database;
- payments;
- email or notifications;
- admin tools.
2. Incidents
Future incident entries should include:
- date and time;
- affected services;
- impact;
- current status;
- updates;
- resolution;
- post-incident notes where appropriate.
Example:
- Incident: delayed application notifications.
- Status: investigating, monitoring, resolved.
- Impact: some Users may receive notifications late.
- Update: next update expected within 30 minutes.
3. Maintenance
Planned maintenance notices should include:
- date and time;
- expected duration;
- affected services;
- expected impact;
- rollback plan where relevant.
4. Uptime
Future status reporting may include uptime or availability information.
Any uptime statement should be backed by actual monitoring data and should not be presented as a service level agreement unless a formal SLA has been created.
5. Communication
During incidents, updates may be provided through:
- the Platform;
- email;
- a public status page;
- direct support messages for affected Users.
