Platform standard

Deployed Works Constitution

The Constitution protects matching independence, buyer trust and capability truth. It is the standard that prevents commercial relationships from influencing what the platform recommends.

Last updated: 09 July 2026

Core Principle

The matching service is the single source of truth for fit, ordering, shortlist readiness and deployment recommendation.

No internal or external commercial factor can influence it.

Not for money. Not for gain. Not for partnership advantage. Not for platform convenience.

Deterministic Matching

Matching must be explainable, reproducible and governed.

For the same eligible inputs, ruleset and version, the platform should be able to reproduce why a Capability Passport appeared, what fit signals were used and why a buyer saw one result before another.

Deterministic does not mean the system never changes. It means changes to matching inputs, rules or weighting must be intentional, reviewable and versioned.

What Matching May Use

  • buyer Outcome and constraints
  • Capability Passport evidence
  • verified or reviewable capability claims
  • availability and access fit
  • language, location and timezone fit
  • integration fit
  • compliance and data-sensitivity fit
  • trust signals and trust boundaries
  • deployment suitability
  • stated commercial fit against buyer constraints

Pricing may be used only to test commercial fit against buyer constraints. It must not create rank advantage.

What Matching Must Never Use

  • paid placement
  • sponsorship
  • backlinks
  • partner tier
  • vendor funding
  • referral commission
  • revenue share
  • newsletter spend
  • blog spend
  • investor interest
  • sales pressure
  • commercial relationship value
  • manual promotion for commercial gain

Commercial Boundary

Deployed Works may sell clearly separated commercial media or partnership products, such as paid newsletter placements, sponsored or paid editorial slots, clearly labelled partner education and commercial reporting where privacy and attribution rules allow it.

Those commercial products must remain separate from matching, Discovery ordering, Passport confidence, shortlist readiness and deployment recommendation.

If a company offered money to be placed front and centre in Discovery, that would breach this Constitution.

Capability Passport Boundary

A Capability Passport is a governed evidence object, not an advert.

Vendor, provider or partner-entered claims are assertions. They are not treated as truth simply because they were submitted by the capability owner.

Stripe Identity or account verification may support identity trust. It must never be treated as proof of capability, skill, suitability or performance.

Learning And Attribution Boundary

Buyer feedback, search impressions, shortlists and dismissals are not automatic proof of capability. Learning may inform governed review, platform intelligence and future evidence candidates.

Deployment Attribution records commercial events and value created by the platform. It does not influence matching.

Public Commitment

Deployed Works will not sell rank.

Deployed Works will not sell fit.

Deployed Works will not sell shortlist position.

Deployed Works will not let commercial relationships decide what buyers see as the best capability for their Outcome.
